Video Instillation!
For the video instillation unit we had to come up with an instillation which makes the viewer experience fear. Luc and I chose to do 'fire' as our fear. We chose this because we came up with ideas that we thought were great, straight away.

Here is the video of fire we used in our video instillation. We looped this video projected on a large sheet covering the door the audience had to walk through. Using the sheet ment that you could see the fire on both sides, to be more realistic for when people walk through the door. We used a sound track of crackling fire and played it really loud as people walked in. Another thing we did to create the right atmosphere is have 4 heaters placed around this small room, so that not only could people see and hear the fire, but feel it as well.
